Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Little Magnet Prints! We aim to process and deliver your custom photo magnets as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order. We generally process and begin production within:

  • 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

During busy periods (like Christmas or major sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both standard and express shipping options within Australia. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $10

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $15

📦 All shipments include tracking.


3. Delivery Partners

We use Australia Post courier partners for all orders.


4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


6. Delays or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather ect.

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping details
