Refund policy

Effective Date: June 2025

Thank you for shopping with Little Magnet Prints. Because our products are made-to-order and customised using your personal photos, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Custom Products Are Non-Refundable

All of our photo magnets are custom-made using the images and information you provide at checkout. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • You change your mind

  • You uploaded the wrong image or text

  • You made an error in your order details

Please double-check all files and information before submitting your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will replace it or offer a refund — at our discretion — once we’ve verified the issue.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will assess the situation and let you know the next steps.


3. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • First, check your tracking link (provided via email at dispatch)

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated or seems stuck, contact us

We’ll work with the shipping provider and do our best to resolve it. However, please note we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, or incorrect shipping details provided by you.


4. Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed via your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to complete the refund
