Little Magnet Prints (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers custom photo magnets through our website. These Terms govern your use of our site and the services we provide. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders & Custom Products

  • Orders are made based on images and details you provide.

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has begun.

4. User-Submitted Content

You are responsible for any photos or content you upload. By submitting content, you confirm:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it

  • The content does not infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights

  • The content is not offensive, illegal, or harmful

You grant us a limited license to use your uploaded content solely for creating and delivering your custom product.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

  • Payment must be completed at checkout using our secure payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.)

  • We do not store your payment information

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia ONLY. Delivery times and costs are listed in our Shipping Policy. While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@littlemagnetprints.com.au.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and product designs (except user-uploaded images) are the property of Little Magnet Prints and may not be copied, used, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or content

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party services

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
